This Privacy Policy explains what information WhereItGoes ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. WhereItGoes is a read-only crypto portfolio tracker. You can reach us any time at support@whereitgoes.money.
Information you provide
- Account information: when you sign in with a crypto wallet we receive your public wallet address; when you sign in with Google we receive the name and email address on your Google profile.
- Connections you add: the public wallet addresses and read-only exchange API keys you choose to connect. API keys are stored encrypted at rest and are used only to read your balances and history. We never ask for, and cannot accept, private keys or seed phrases.
- Support communications: anything you send us by email.
Information we generate
From the sources you connect, we reconstruct and store your transaction history, balances, and derived analytics such as valuations and profit and loss. This is the core of what the service does.
Information collected automatically
Like most online services, we collect basic technical and usage data such as log data, device and browser information, and an approximate location inferred from your IP address, in order to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Payment information
Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details. The provider shares limited transaction and subscription information with us, such as plan, status, and country, so we can enable your access and support you.
How we use information
- to provide, maintain, and display your portfolio and analytics;
- to process and enable subscriptions and purchases;
- to secure the service and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to respond to your support requests;
- to comply with legal obligations;
- to understand usage and improve the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run the service (hosting, our payment provider, blockchain data and price providers, and analytics);
- authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect the service and its users;
- a successor in a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer, subject to this Policy.
Public wallet addresses you connect are queried against public blockchains and third-party data providers in order to read on-chain activity.
Security
We use read-only connections, encrypt sensitive data such as API keys at rest, and never hold your funds or private keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. Our Security page explains our approach in plain language.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterward only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can delete your account and its data from within the app at any time, or contact us at support@whereitgoes.money. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the service secure, and, where applicable, to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
