This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for WhereItGoes paid plans. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record.
Free plan
The free plan is free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@whereitgoes.money. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. You keep your paid access until that period ends.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription or a lifetime purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Subscription renewals
Renewal charges after your first billing period are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.
Lifetime and founding purchases
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for ongoing access. It is covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee above. After 14 days it is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider back to your original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email support@whereitgoes.money from the address on your account, or include your account email, and tell us briefly what happened. That is all we need to get started.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, your account access may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
Price changes
If we change a plan’s price, existing subscribers keep their current price until their next renewal, and we will give notice before the change takes effect.
