What WhereItGoes is

WhereItGoes is a read-only crypto portfolio tracker and analytics tool. You connect public wallet addresses and read-only exchange API keys, and we reconstruct and visualize your transaction history, balances, profit and loss, and related analytics.

WhereItGoes does not hold, custody, transfer, buy, sell, or trade any assets, and it never has permission to move your funds. Your assets stay on your own exchanges and wallets at all times.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use WhereItGoes. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

Your account

You can sign in with a supported crypto wallet or a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Contact us at support@whereitgoes.money if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Read-only connections

WhereItGoes works with public wallet addresses and read-only (view-only) exchange API keys. You are responsible for providing keys with read-only scope only.

Never share a private key or seed phrase. We never ask for one, and you should never enter one anywhere in the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses and keys you choose to connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or other users’ data;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its data except as expressly allowed;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent the law permits;
• use the service to infringe the rights of others or to violate any applicable law.

Subscriptions, billing, and payments

WhereItGoes offers a free plan and paid plans, including recurring subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your purchase and the associated billing relationship are also subject to that provider’s terms.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on your location, as determined by the payment provider. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

No financial, investment, or tax advice

WhereItGoes is an informational and analytics tool only. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on any financial or tax matter.

Accuracy of information

WhereItGoes reconstructs data from third-party sources, including public blockchains, exchange APIs, and price providers. This data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and derived figures such as valuations, profit and loss, and cost basis are estimates.

Do not rely on the service as your sole source for tax filing, accounting, or any decision without independent verification.

Third-party services

The service depends on third parties such as exchanges, blockchain networks, data and price providers, and our payment provider. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or accuracy.

Intellectual property

WhereItGoes and its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Your own data remains yours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading or investment losses, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and fifty US dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of WhereItGoes is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the service as a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law where you reside.
